Bishop Middleham lies in a valley about 9 miles south-west of Durham.
By Car
From Durham, head west from Gilesgate/A181 and at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A690. at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1(M) ramp to Darlington and merge onto the A1(M). At junction 61 take the A688 exit to Spennymoor/Peterlee/A177.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A688/B6291 heading to Peterlee/Coxhoe and continue onto Blackgate W. Continue onto Station rd and turn left at Station Rd/A177. Turn right at Highroad Ave, continue onto Stonybreak Ln with a slight left at High St until you arrive at your destination.
