Planning Applications

The Town Council considers over 100 planning applications every year and the Planning Committee meets every three weeks.  They decide whether or not to recommend approval of submitted applications to the Local Planning Authority (Durham County Council).

Durham County Council also provide a weekly list of planning applications in the County Durham area.
